Our family sessions are not just a photoshoot but a treasured time with your loved ones documented in an unobtrusive way.

These are the precious moments you want to remember forever, whether it’s for a special occasion or simply to have memories documented of your family, we photograph families of all sizes, for all occasions.

All liability and indemnity insurances, VAT and license to print rights

Travel included within a 50km radius of Glenisland, County Mayo- travel outside of this area will be incur an additional 0.50c per km

Additional coverage - €225 per hour and €115 per half an hour

Lifestyle Session

These sessions are always great fun - whether you’re a family with little ones, engaged to be married, pregnant, on holiday or even going to propose and want someone there to capture it.

We work in a way that puts you at ease and makes it feel as though we're just hanging out together!

No cheesy poses. No fake smiles for so long your face hurts. No awkwardness. We’ll have a laugh, find some great backdrops and shoot some wholesome photos.

These shoots can take place anywhere, be that beautiful scenery or an environment that you love and feel most comfortable in.

It’s also a great way for our engaged couples who have booked us for their wedding, to get used to how we work and to get some experience together in front of the camera.

FAQs

  • The industry standard is that photographer always owns the copyright but you will have full personal usage rights to the images so you can freely print them and use for social media etc forever.

  • We’re located in-between Westport and Castlebar in Co. Mayo.

  • Absolutely. We have three types of insurance; our equipment is insured, we have public liability which is essential for most venues now and professional indemnity insurance which insures against loss or photographic failure.

  • To book you will need to complete a booking form and sign a contract which can be filled in and signed online. We’ll also need a 20% booking fee which you can send via bank transfer. Once these are received, you will be booked in with us.

  • Your full gallery of photos will be edited and delivered within 4-6 working weeks depending on the time of year.

  • When we book your date in and we are shooting outside, we book it in as a 'moving date' which means we leave time either side of the date to allow us to reschedule or move if we need to for weather. We recommend that you keep that in mind and keep some time clear either side of your date. We will always be able to find another date that suits you, so you will always get your shoot. We’re also more than happy to get outside and brave the weather if you are. 

  • There are endless possibilities. The first thing we would suggest is thinking of somewhere that is meaningful to you. Whether that is on the beach, a hike up a hill, in the woodlands or on the sofa in your family home. We're more than happy to help out and make some suggestions.

  • Always wear something you feel comfortable in. We don’t want you feeling uncomfortable or self-conscious in any way so always make comfort your priority!

    Wear something you love, dressing up a bit is lovely too and can make the shoot feel a little more special, we also recommend you wear complimenting colours with one another.

    If we are outside always bring warm clothes to warm up afterwards. If you want to, you can bring blankets to snuggle in. We do tend to walk a fair bit too so do be prepared for that, comfy shoes are best.

    Also try to avoid bringing along anything that you’d have to carry if possible and try not to have things in your pockets (bulky phones/wallets really stand out).

  • We will keep a back up copy of your photos for a minimum of 2 years following your shoot date. After this time there is no guarantee that we will have a copy of your photos (should you lose yours). Please make sure you keep a backup copy of your photos somewhere safe.

  • Not at all, please just let us know.
